Thats 2 feet of shackle lift. That is going to get someone killed. That isn't even mentioning the dually wheel adapters with no inner tires. This thing is a death trap. The sway you would get from the shackles would be scary enough.

Look at the rims closely. They cut the centers out of the outer rims and welded them to another wheel. I don't know what's worse, the guy selling it or the fact that is has 11 bids!
