clutch issue trx250r

Having some issues with my clutch from a dead stop it usually stalls no matter how i feather the clutch . i usually have to rev it really hard so it dont stall.

is this an adjustment issue ? clutch shot ?

there are no other issues once it starts moving dosent slip at all.

could be a worn clutch basket.......could be lots of things - I would pull the side cover and have a look see!

Sounds like your basket to grooved to me as well

so you might be able to put a file on them for temp sake to smooth out the fins on the basket. or just get yourself a nice hinson basket to do it right.. might as well throw the 89 clutch update in there, while you are doing it.. for smoothest action!

Don't forget the 89 pancake bearing upgrade. That is just awesome!
