Aircooled 250r with mods... hp estimate?

Saw another thread and this had my wondering...

    84 ATC250r
    .060 over
    Boysen cf reeds
    Bill's pipe
    Watercooled 250r carb jetted accordingly

What might this put down for hp?

I'd guess high 30's. I don't think reeds add any HP, just throttle response, and A .060 over piston is only gonna add a fraction of a HP. Most of your HP is gonna come from the pipe and the carb, which are probably good for an extra 3-5 HP each I'd think. I don't know much about the Bill's pipe though, so it might be more. If its anything like the Bassani I have, I'd say you got at least 5 HP from the pipe alone. Yeah, I'd say around 8 HP over stock. My $.02.

EDIT I just noticed that you have carbon fiber reeds. I think those are good for 1-2 HP, but I'd still say around 8 HP over stock. For some reason I thought you said Pro reeds lol.

'81 ATC250R(Bassani pipe, Wiseco piston, Vesrah rod, and AMS offset rims)
    '84 KXT250 Red(the new money pit!)
'96 KX125(FMF pipe, Boyesen reeds, One Industries graphic kit, etc.)
'85 KX125(vintage racer. Technically it was a practice bike)

Ok cool. I didn't know what these had for HP stock either so that's neat to know.

I think they only make 30HP stock.

Yeah at the rear wheels no way. I will say that these Airfoolers have so much detuning built into them that they take power adders really well. Seems like they free up more power than you'd expect.
