Not a liquid R for sure. It looks like the one I found in my attic that is on my T3 now. Sorry I can't help you any more than that.

thats cool john I think I'll run this on the 490 with a stock dog bone ...at 14" it should sit pretty good in a tri z,,real stiff.. Hows the one on your tecate,stiff? springy? no way to adjust these other than pressure ..huh..

The one I've got has an adjustment just above the bottom mount. The one I've got isn't a Works one but it feels really good on the T3. Its a little on the stiff side but once I put the CalFab on it'll soften it up some.
