    87250 SX jetting solved

Makes no sense, I put in the 138 350X main jet instead of the 130main and it didn't seem to help yet it seemed quicker especially on the top end. Well I happened to be doin my deed and reading 3 wheel action or something and in the mailbox section was a four stroke question regarding "snap crackle pop" they told him to turn out the air screw a 1/4 to 1/2 turn and that would solve it. I did that and it seems perfect. I thought air screws were for idle to 1/4 throttle??? It works though.

The idle air screw ciruit is always active, at any throttle positin, but operates alone at no throttle, which is why that is where ist is normally adjusted for best off idle throttle response. Even though its open and active through the whole throttle range, it normally has little significance once the throttle slide begins to open.
