Turbo and I were doing some tuning yesterday for the Haveawreck race , we made a few laps on 271 speedway just to be sure of the gearing , If your set up was good last year its still good, Rex said he would like to get the center moved in more narrow, but he's not sure it will get done , it needs to be to tight for the bottom feeders to block that line to stay out front

Well he was at $801 I found out when my bid went to $811. As soon as it said I was the highest bidder,it hit me,"WHAT THE HECK AM I DOING!" it's clear over in Chicago Ill. and it don't run! The next half hour was the longest of my life,I was freaking out a little,OK a lot! Then I started think surly he isn't going to let it get away for $10! Well he did!!!!!!!!!!!! So I'm sitting up all night thinking about what the heck I just did and trying to think of a good way to tell the wife, and I still don't have a good answer.

The good news is it's being towed over to a shop that has done work on it and the guys sound real good about it and they told me every thing they have done to it over the years. And it's Orange so it matches my 70. So now I have a toyhauler just for my 70 and it goes with my theme "it's a 70's thing".

Well, Mickey, it says racing all day and all night but it also says 4:00. So I say get here whatever time is best for you. I'm sure that there will be people out there early getting things setup and ready for racing. I'll pm you my number. If you get here before things are ready I'll show you the other track and my dads old Hot Rod shop. That would burn up about 30 minutes.

Rex said racing Saturday, all day and all night....or until your legs fall off. Come over after the festivities and have some real fun, bring your wife, there will be other women there too. My girlfriend will be taking pictures of the madness.
