Crap need extracting tips for carb!!!

Hey everyone, i have been battling this 85 250sx carb, every float bowl screw was stripped out and had to be extracted out, once i had all 4 extracted, i was able to get the jets and valves out no problem, went for the air fuel screw... sheered off flush with the casting.

tried to extract it like the rest...not working.

its pretty destroyed, i need some ideas on how to get this thing out and still have the threads intact and able to use the new air/fuel screw.

ideas?? can i heat it up? cooper is softer than aluminum right??

    HELP HELP HELP

i have never had a carb be soo jammed up.

That screw is brass and a rotten situation.....

I ONLY have gotten them out with LUCK or using a milling machine. Other than that, they're junk....... I tried heat, PB blaster blah blah blah....

Look for a Keihin model 08 or 86/87 250SX carb - which is BEST! or if your in a bind, snag up a 350X carb and put the SX jets in there......

Hey Dirtcrasher, can you please be a bit more specific on "Keihin model 08"?
