By any chance.......will a 250R swingarm fit on a 350X (I know I would have to modify/change the rear suspension). Will any other swingarm, even from a quad, fit a 350x??? Thanks.

the pivot bolt on a 250r goes through the rear motor mount...I've got an X swingarm if you need it...
