    1985 TRI-Z 250 clutch adjustment help??

How go you adjust the center nut and screw when replacing your clutch? Is the center screw .....screwed all the way in and then backed off just a hair....with the nut then tightened in place to hold it there? Am I correct on this setting for a new clutch? Any help would be great!
    Thanks,

Turn in till it touches the ball, then 1/8th of a turn out. It depends on what you want your clutch pull to be too.

Push the clutch arm in with your hand till it is parallel to the engine case. Then turn the screw until you feel it touch the ball and tighten the nut while continuing to hold the arm in position.
