Guy I know picked up this bike a few weeks ago, original tires hold air, all plastics, lights, and seat gone, rest appears to be there and all stock, dont know if or when it was running last. Havn't even tried to turn it over actually.

Seeing as these things are rare as hens teeth up here what should I offer the guy? I'm guessing I'll need to spend around $500 or more for usable plastics, lights, and seat.

Whatcha guys think? I'm thinking $200-300 depending on wether or not I can get it to make running sounds in the state it is currently in.

If you can snag it for under 500, i would go for it- they Commonly go for 2-3 grand here In less then Nice shape.
