used to run good
shifter broke nd friend ran it like that
burned all the oil, nd fried clutches
replaced them
at the same time, repaired threads on spark plug
because previous ownes tore out most of them
now ; probably because of the threads, it wont start.
i dont think i had the drill angle exactly right, and now no compression
i can force a spark plug through the threads, but a compression tester wont thread in.

probably killed the rings if it ran with no oil and scored the cylinder along with it, most likely you will have to find a new head for it and rebuild the top end with a fresh bore and oversize piston.

the rings arent shot
they might be bruised, but
after we burnt the oil and clutches ,we put more oil in
it ran the engine, but got no power to the wheels
it ran great, easy start and smooth idle.
I dont think top end rebuild is nessecary
but i could be wrong.
i tossed the old plug we were running it with that had the threads from the cylinder on it.
by repair threads i ment a heli-coil type of thing
