    1985 Xr200r Motor

    I know these motors have the different heads but can u put an 85 200x top end on one? thanks

    If you mean the whole top end the engine will cool better because the 200xhas bigger fins.
    current rides
    84 200x - being rebuilt-supertrapp exhaust, uni air filter, hopefully a 10.5 to 1 piston
    84 big red - cobra exhaust, custom head lights
    83 185s - 200e engine, cobra exhaust
    82 yz 60 - engine is out supposedly needs piston and rings

    It's my impression that the 4 valve motor is more akin to the 350x motor than the 200x, so I doubt it, but I may be wrong.
