You can here in Texas. I was going to, but honestly three wheelers suck on the street. A bike is soooooo much better.

Strange. I doubt that front tire is D.O.T. approved and I don't see any turn signals on it. Those right there would fail most state inspections as well as many states not allowing a solid rear axle.
Do a google search on making a quad/trike street legal in Arizona. Both items you point out do not matter in the Arizona inspections. In Arizona every time I register my 250r's they ask if I want to make them street legal, hardest part would be the 2 stroke passing emissions here in Maricopa county.
most states turn signals are not "required" as you can use hand/arm signals. Shadix i have been thinking about it too actually. That is a nice 3 wheeler though.
