85 125m Battery Size
So I just got a 85 125m given to me. It is in great shape other than the plastics. Everything is there down to the tools in the toolbox. There is NO battery though. I want to get one so I need the battery size. Also is there a way to test the starting system so I don't waste money on a battery if there are issues with the system.

To test you can use any 12v battery. You could pull the battery out of your car and run jumper wires to it if you wanted to.
The 125m battery is tall like a jet ski battery. I ended up buying the Motor Power one from RockyMountainatv.com for around $30 and it came with the acid. Your local Batteries Plus should carry one too.
You need the equivalent of the Yuasa YB9AA. I found the dimensions on the Yuasa website: 5.3125" wide x 3" deep x 6.125" tall
