    Tri-z compression ? Is 150psi still OK ?

My last ride I had the intake boot pop off of carb and overheat motor. Had to drive about a mile to get back to truck. My head gasget is now bad blowing pressure out of radiator and the water pump seal leaked water into crankcase. I had a head gasket arleady just waiting on ups for water seal. After new head gasket it cranks up and itles good but only 150 psi. Was about 170 before all this . Any one know how low it can go before new top end is needed.

    Thanks for any advice.

    Mike.

It can go as low as it wants, it will just run worse and lose performance. Then won't start when it's warmed up..................

I wonder if you warped something overheating it?

If you went from 170 to 150, something got F'd up unfortunately........

It seems like old iron deals with overheating allot better than the new liquid thumpers but it still isn't good.
