    Exclamation HELP me get my baffle out (200x)

    its been in there for 20 some years. i removed the two screws. now what? that thing is in there good! thanks

    Spray some penetrate (Kroil or WD40 or something like it) around it. I had to take the whole muffler off my 225DX and soak it in varsol to get it out.

    Does the muffler have any dents? If it is dented, it will often times be next to impossible, and a real P.I.T.A to get out. I would agree with soaking it with some sort of penetrating oil, such as PB blast. If that dosnt work after while, you can try some heat. Best of luck to you.
