I have one of the older predator 90 models. A 2003. DAMN!!!!!! Take the governor off and it can out accelorate our neighbors 400. And they're so light and nimble you can maneuver them in any way you want. That little 90 is the easiest thing to get on one wheel through a turn and not biff it's pitiful!!! I think polaris is the only company giving three wheeelers a run for their money.

alls i know is they can wheelie in 4th without popping the clutch hard at all, thats on pavement tho. they have tons of power its literally hard to hang when you hit it wide open, and small bumps and such you dont even feel at all.

Yep. Option of a full live axel or fully independant suspension.

I rode one for a few hours out at cherokee. They are a bit bulky and too heavy for me. Power is good, comparable to the 450r. Maybe a tad bit more. On the wide open trails i loved it but on the tight trails and MX track i wasnt impressed. It was the IRS model.
Never argue with an idiot. They will bring you down to their level and beat you with experience.

did any of you guys see the ktm quads, chromoloy frames, fully adjustable a-arms, chromoloy swingarm, 450/525 or 450/505 motor, they come in xc width and shock valving or mx standard. They aren't the cheapest. Better than any honda/yamaha/suzuki in my book. One thing I never liked about polaris, how you had to have metric, american, torx and philips stuff to do anything. Its not like our honda/yamaha/suzuki/kawi where all we need is a #2 philips and a metric socket/wrench set. That polaris isn't the exact ktm motor, different ignition, head, carb, cam and related stuff. The ktm(true) setup makes more power and has different ignition curves from mid-wild.

agreed but in the polaris version it is a detuned profit maker. They would never sale the best to the competion.

It's no banshee but I would ride one I suppose. I would much rather have the yfz450 or the trx450r.
