    Tuning the Tri-Z....

Ok... First off I know almost nothing about tuning an engine but anyway, I got a 85' Tri-Z and for the life of me I can not get it to hit the powerband. I've grapped the plug (to the specs of the manual) and messed with the quarter throttle screw... yeah I know, not much. Welp if anyone can help me out, tha'd be great thanks!

Make Sure its good and clean, before you start trying to Adjust it, if its been sitting for any length of time, its probably gummed up,

Nah, I've been running it for about 3 weeks now. I just rebuilt the top end about a month ago and tore the carb apart today so it's clean. Btw, the carb is a Mikuni if it helps.
