KAWASAKI.....Klt200...Klt250...change to points

Has anyone looked into changing these Kawa Klt200 and Klt 250 of the early '80s
to point ignition. they are totally nuts at the dealer for the "CDI box" . Other units
are as low as $39.95 and the Klt's are .....$4oo.oo .......to order .

Is their a knock-off copy of this CDI box from China??

Rob; Thanks for your help!!!! The CDI box can't be that much different on a single
lung. to experiment might be the only way to get the answers,bait on the expensive side but if it works its so cheap! I can make a blown Hemi work , I hope I can make this Kawasaki work ,It needs Honda Parts that's it==I will keep you posted
