Well, after a few other projects finished, i had a bit of time this weekend to work on it.
I got the new tires off of the rims that wouldn't fit and i have them ready to be installed on the old rims as soon as they are done drying (i gave them a protective coating).
The carb and all is on.
Still trying to figure out the messed electrical. i think that the previous owner took parts from 2 different years of 110 (84 and 85) and threw them into the same engine.
I still need to paint the tank. It looks horrible.
The trike has great compression (146 psi) and is looking forward to running.
Exaust could do with a painting, but i think i'll just buy a supertapp or something instead.
    Here's some pics
First is the rims that the new tires came on. The holes for the mount are about 1/4" closer than the standard 110 rims. Anyone know what they might be from?
    Second is the new tires
Third is before cleaning the rim
    Fourth is after

I don't think theres any other choice than to respect a man that works on his trike barefoot.
If you can't fix it with a , its an electrical problem.

85 ATC 200s--Ratted out and not running at the moment

86 ATC 200x--All stock other than the handle bars

85 ATC 250es Big Red -- Just got new rubbers and she wants to ride!!

04 Suzuki LTZ250 quadsport - It was a decent price and I'm a raging idiot.

I have a decent 1985 atc110 that I can't decide to part out or restore. Seeing your finished project will decide it for me.

All mine needs is engine work because some one somehow dropped a bolt down the intake and ran it.

wow. oh well. that'll cost probably 100 or less. go on ebay or even craigslist and you can find the parts you want for cheap. They don't have to be brand new, just stick with used that are in good condition. much cheaper
What did it do in there?

theirs a few dings in the piston, but I wouldn't worry about that. The main thing is that it got pounded between the intake valve and its seat so it needs a new head.

ok. should be cheap. the piston might still need replacing, but do the head first because that DEFINATLY needs relacing.

The heads are hard to find for cheap. I go my 200x head for $12 dollars. The 110 heads seem to be $30-50. So I just been putting the money in my running 200s
