It's also a good way to thaw your RzR if it decides to ice up after a winter plunge in a puddle. WHat was it 5 minutes on low heat

ok boys!! been dying to join you but have not had the right machine. from the looks of things, the ole' 200m would not cut it. i just picked up a (decent) 85 200x. couldn't be more excited!!!!! no idea how to shift the damn thing, but learning quick. i ride with two other guys from MA. one has a big red 250 (which would be no prob) and the other has a big red 200. both of there trikes are in mint shape. how much of a necessity is rear suspension on these rides? seems like you guys have a pretty established crew, i wouldn't want to hold you up, and/or step on any toes. i'm gonna give the x the once over tomorrow and see what it needs. i'm also gonna extend the invite to my friends, (if thats ok with you guys). if all goes well, i may join you next weekend. ok?

rear suspension is like using protection at a hore house. It's not required but it really should be

Baby steps. If your just learning how to shift your 200x this may not be the ride for you. I don't want to step on your toes and tell you not to bring your friends. There will be plenty of rides next year.

maybe i was a little too self critical with "no idea how to shift the damn thing." i can ride it. just pointing out that its an adjustment, thats all. next year may be best though.

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, our most gracious of hosts (Craigory), has but one simple request (at the moment). Quite simply, we need some numbers as to who is planning on actually making this ride. There have been a handful of guys who have posted saying they're planning on making this ride, or they're going to try to make the ride, etc... It's time to speak up if you're coming. We need numbers.

I'm not going to tell anyone whether or not they can or can not attend any of our rides, not that I could if I wanted to. The only thing that matters to me usually is that you're on 3 wheels.

Redsox, this ride is going to be very hectic already. We've got a lot of riders coming and typically we have a "The more, the merrier" type attitude. I'm not trying to deter you or anyone else from making this ride, but throwing 3 new guys into our already packed schedule this particular weekend may make things slightly difficult. Personally, I'd recommend coming out sometime on a less populated ride. You guys might be surprised at the terrain we ride, especially at the speeds we tend to go.

If someone shows up on a hardtail, thats cool. Was thinkin of a hardtail only day sometime.
I like to move right along, but i stop at all major intersections to wait for everyone. Dont bother me, gives me time to quench my thirst

Please dont show up with a total POS that only starts half the time, we all have breakdowns and will get everyone back to the truck. But please take the time to go through the bike to ensure it dont breakdown before we head out.

Hopefully theres no rain and bitter cold for nxt weekend.
