Hahaha! Sorry j. I know it isn't supposed to be funny but it sounds as bad as crap I always deal with. So I learned to redo the motor during the redo of the frame.

Onformula1, I need to get ya to carve me up some bushings for the swinger. Will get you the specs.

Thanks for the reply. I have the same rear tires you have. I use them for both MX and TT racing they work great for both.

Awesome, they looked like they would work well on the track. Did you cut them at all? They were not easy to seat the beads. One of mine leaked for over a week until I could reshape them with a heat gun. Now they are airtight.

Eh...its probably not going into gear because the rear subframe mount wasn't sturdy enough

Or because the clutch doesn't slip enough when fully engaged

JM, pull the clutch cover off and pull some of the clutch plates and fibers out, look at the basket ears. you have find the basket has ear groves and that will cause issues with disengagement. if you find that to be the case, pull the basket off and using a nice hand file, you can smooth the groves out and out it back together. it should work better when done. I have had to do that with several engines over the years.

if nothing else, removing, cleaning and reassembly of the clutch can also help it start to operate smooth again.

then again that rear sub-frame.. it could be causing you havoc!!

Everything looked good when I pulled it out. They were probably just stuck from sitting so long. My plan is to clean and reassemble this weekend. I feel like that will solve it.
