need a little help with my atc200x

i need to know what my intake/exhaust valves should be set at and how to set my air valve on my carb.
i have feeler gauges to set my lifters i just need the measurements. I have no clue where my air valve should be it runs with it tightened or loosened all the way. is this normal?
