    atc 200 jets etc

Hey, this is a great site. Guess I need to get started with my 10 posts, I used to have full access but haven't been on for a while and probably didn't get to 10 posts before the new rules.

Anyways, I have an ATC 200 (not sure of year, need to check the vin - I think it's an '82). It's not a 200x, but has auto clutch.

What main and needle jets should this thing have? I have a 110 main and 35 needle now, with stock intake and exhaust. Where can I get good genuine jets?

It seems to run rich, I put in a 110 jet (from I think 90 that was in it ) about a year and a half ago and it seemed to run ok, but then the pull start rope broke and I let it sit for too long and the carb got gummed up. Finally got around to putting a cable in the pull start, cleaned out the jets and carb but now it only runs on full choke (plug fouls out quick though and it doesn't run too great). Also, figured out how the compression release works so maybe the cable wasn't necessary but at least it won't break.

    Thanks!

Don't have an answer for you but I have the same issue. Wonder what the solution is? I have an 82 Honda 200m. Plugs get fouled all the time I end up having to clean them every 2 or 3 trips. Is there a fix for this? I am mechanically challenged.
    Thanks.

Thanks, that's very useful. I guess I'll go back to stock sizes and start from there, seems to be lean to me but I'm already several sizes above the stock 95 main, yet smaller on idle size so maybe not.
