yeah, he is full of it. That is 83-85 200x, w/ 200s motor. He might have replaced as much as he could with stock parts, but its not a factory build or rare. The other pictures he has is a 86 200x and same photo looks photo-shopped to have black plastics. It is nice resto-mod, not a restoration by any means.
