    350X big bore head gasket ??

    i have a 452 big bore i'm putting together and i have a head gasket for a stock bore. it is metal and i opened it up a little bit in the inside bore for the bigger piston. i don't want to go any further because it seems like it would damage the sealing part of the gasket. my question is do they make a big bore gasket, or is it alright to leave the trimmed gasket sticking out a little bit into the cylinder bore? the piston doesn't hit the gasket at all.

    it will ping like mad if you let it hang in the bore.
    80s......185 atc, Yamaha tri-moto 200, 85 200x with tons of work

    call up cometic gasket. they can ussually make any gasket you want.
