I put a pair of foreman 400 rims and mudbogs on the 250es, they look great and fit almost perfect, I need like a 1/8" of spacing for the muffler and for the frame on the left wheel. is there any quick solutions for this??

If you were any good at welding or fabricating, I would say make up a set of wheel spacers that bolt to the stock hubs using longer bolts instead of studs to extend it a couple inches on each side. They make these, but I dont think you will find any for the big red bolt pattern rim or hub. Good luck!

Are those offset rims? If so, try turning them around. The valve stem will be on the inside though.

or stick a 1/4 inch washer between the wheel and the hub

Dang beat me to the post. I was going to say the same thing. Get longer grade 8 studs and you have extensions.

I also did the wheel flip on my wifes quad. Gave it like a 2 1/2 inch extension..lol Them old polaris wheels sink way under the plastics, flip'em over and gain a few inches.

I am going to go home and get some washer and bolt extensions for the new X! :naughty:
