Honda Brand 4 stroke motorcycle oil. 10w-30 or 10w-40, your choice. If you dont want to use the Honda oil just make sure whatever you pick is for motorcycles. Car oil isnt made for our clutches nor is made to be constantly mashed like in our transmissions (breaks down much quicker)

Here is what I use and recommend. Honda GN4 oil which I get from my local honda dealer. I use the 20w-50 and it is a good quaily oil. May be alittle more money but it will only make you engine last longer and what is recommended for Honda ATCs/ATVs. You can use pretty much any oil that is considered "motorcycle oil" Regular motor oil is not designed for wet clutches.

DIESEL rated 30w or 10-40w. Car oils are made different now. Diesel rated oils
still have the good stuff in it.
