you will need the 300ex sprocket and wheel hubs. The sprocket is the same as the trx250r/250x/400ex/450r also so alot easier to find.
I did the same thing to my 350x.

I have had a stock 300ex axle in my 85' 350x before and it didn't require any special mods. I am currently running a 300ex dual row bearing carrier and I have a problem with the 85' 350x caliper bracket moving my caliper about 1/4 inch to the right and it is very hard to install new brake pads. Has anyone else ran into this problem? I almost want to spend the extra money to have a clean swap with an 86' swingarm so I can use the 86' caliper bracket.

not sure if a 450R brake caliper bracket will work? i was told it will on the 300ex's so i'd think a 350x it would if your using all 300ex stuff.

Well, the 86' swingarm has a metal tab that sticks out about 1/4 inch where the bracket mounts. The 85' swingarm has the linkage setup.
