having trouble with my ytm200 . I recently changed my bottom end and had swap out everything in the right side cover.

anyway I installed the motor it started right up . I shifted through the gears everything worked good on blocks . then it stopped . I shifted into the gears and nothing hapened . wheels turned slightly but stopped at soon as I let it off the blocks .

what would cause this ? secondary clutch too tight ? to loose ? primary clutch too tight too loose ??

thanks for any help

Try adjusting the clutch.

Loosen the locknut. Turn the clutch adjuster with a screwdriver counter clockwise until resistance is felt. Turn it back, 1/8 turn (clockwise). Tighten the locknut to 11 ft.-lbs.
