tri-z bottom end seal question

can the bottom end seals be changed without splitting the case on tri-z,reading through the manual it seems it might be possible.

If there is no "shoulder" in the way, then most seals can be changed. But if the seal is leaking, the main bearings may be worn and have play in them......

yep the seals are.. replaceable with out splitting. But like crasher said ,,,, chances are the bearings are smoked also..
