OK here I sit on an idea and most of the parts. Can a man build a fully suspended 110KLT with disc brakes and be somehting worth appreaciating? IMO yes it can be done and I think it woudl be awsome.

And this is what i have and this is what I see.

I see a full front fork setup with disc brakes. Hmmmmm need a triple tree to fit the 110KLT and one be wide enough. Two be adaptable to the front shocks.

Now I see a rear shock for a fabricated swing arm and again disc brakes.

What do you guys think? Any ideas?????

Thanks, 110KLT

Looks like a good start to an atc70 project

You have to be able to do the fabrication yourself, or have a really good friend to help you out. The machining, welding, and labor alone would cost a couple thousand. Is it worth it? If you have the right equipment, know how, and materials it is. Good luck!
