I pulled the motor out of my 90 to use as my "school project" for the small gas engine repair classes I'm taking. This is when I found out the frame was split about 3-4 inches in front of the motor mount holes. I have what I believe is an 82' 110 frame with a locked up motor. Will the 90 motor swap right in?

i believe it would, use a tape and measure the bolt holes for mounting....

Will the rear sprocket align correctly if the motor mounts.

should be a straight swap, but you'll have to use all the 90 electrics(90=6v system)

If you would prefer a Stock 90 frame then let me know the year of yours. I should have one available cheap + actual shipping. ;)

Thanks guys...and howdy i let ya know. Not sure where i want to go with this one yet. Will all depend what is found inside when it gets opened up. Probably just try to make it a runner. Being a "virgin" to splitting a case, who knows what I might screw up:rolleyes:. I plan on taking lots of pics of the motor tear down/rebuild (more for my own benefit of getting back together) so if I find something I'm unsure of I'll be sure to hit you guys up. Thanks again for the replies!

Mike, There is also a 90 frame at Bruce's you can have and I have a few 90 motors tore down if you might need a few parts.
