I saw this kit searching on here for mods and was wondering does it just swap out or is there other stuff that needs to be done like rejeting or timing or anything else, and how difficult is it to do? I was also wondering about clutch springs would heavier ones add to bottom end power what is there advantage, are they worth doing? As you can tell I'm not engine savey:( My trizinger doesn't seem to want to climb hills unless I'm going full bore up them and unfortunately where we ride is very hilly terrain. Any advice is greatly appriciated:rolleyes:

I have this kit on 2 Zingers and it's just a simple swap.
The only modification is a shorter sparkplug if you also have the high compression head.

Cool ,would stock exhaust effect it much as after I buy the kit I'll have to wait on upgrading it ? I'm also planning on swapping the reeds , do you have any thoughts on the clutch springs?

Both mines have Malossi kit + high compression head.
First has DG exhaust pipe and the second has stock exhaust.
But both have stock carb, jetting, air box, air filter and clutch without any issue till now.
The one with DG pipe has more power and faster revving.
