Dirty filter

Customer brought me a 1983 atc200e and said it needed the carburetor cleaned .
The motor only idled , would not rev .
The filter screen was completely clogged which starved the camshaft for oil and this is the result :naughty:

That cam looks similar to 350x cams and other larger Honda XR motors after a oil filter change and it was installed backwards.

That's the strange part the big end cam journal was still in spec
