Idling way to high

I ordered a new carb and throttle. Do you guys think that would fix the problem? It's a 200s

Have you adjusted our idle mixture?

If you cleaned your carb, make sure you put the slide back the right way. You can install it 180 degrees off and it will idle extremely high. I've done this a few times.
