Welp the concoction I made (which consisted of automatic transmission fluid, PB Blaster, Diesel fuel, and Pen Oil) went through past the piston last night but it still wont budge. I put some more in today and the fluid line is yet to move. Any Ideas as to break the piston free? I've heard of putting diesel on the piston and lite it. That will make the cyclinder expand and you can pound it free. Is that True
P.S. This is a piston on a mini bike that has set for probably 4 years if that makes any differences.

Have you tried setting a wooden dowell rod on it and tapping it with a hammer?

get a new engine!! even if you get it free its going to smoke bad. try heating it up with nothing in it then when its hot spray some wd-40 around the piston. keep it away from the flame! and hit it with the back of a hammers wooden handle. but if the piston is at the bottom of the stroke its not going to move. try sticking a bar in the flywheel and see if it will move. watch out for fins breaking. :D

I have tried hitting it with a hammer, but my step dad gave me a good idea. I'll just take off the pull rope cover and put a pipe wrench on the shaft and try to break it free. Is that like what you were saying sblt500r?

yup but watch out you don't screw anything up. if you put a bar through the flywheel fins and pull up and down it should break it free. see if you can put it through 2 fins across from each other to get more leverage.

fill it to the brim with kerosene, let it sit overnight, then set a wood block on the top of the piston and pound the crap out of it.
You do not want to force it from the crank, your only gonna screw up more doing that. The soak and pound method will only screw up the rings, which are obviously allready toast.
Also, maybe its not your piston thats stuck, maybe the rod is froze on the crank? Pull the cylinder off (or have you tried?)

nope I havent tried yet to putt the cyclinder off. I assumed my rings were froze since no PB Blaster concoction would go past the piston. Ill try to take the cyclinder off tonight and if the cyclinder wont move I'll do the kerosene thing. If that dont work Ill pry the **** out of the flywheel. Here we go :w00t:

you can't pull the cylinder on a 3hp mini bike engine its one piece!! the cylinder and block are all one. and if you use a press you would screw something up. either crush the piston or the rod. the reason he should try the flywheel route is the piston might be at the bottom of the stroke.
throw the motor away and get one from the local lawn mower shop for free, put the 3$ rings in it and put it in. if the motor in there is froze up that bad its not worth fixing.

Depends on how its froze.. If its rusted or corroded, use coca-cola. If its seized from heat, you have to use force..
Either way its gonna use some oil..
Cost $20 to bore it, and $30 for a piston and rings, $10 for case gasket, $15 for a head gasket...

Hey man, marvel is the shiznizzle bizzle.
I run a half ounce of that per tankful of gas in all my 4 stroke trikes.
Have never froze a valve in head and I don't baby my trikes.
Keeps all the crap in fuel dissolved, it cleans intake and exhaust.
Excellent top end lube.
You don't get results right away, but keep using it in gas and you will notice a difference.

Welp I got it free. My friend and I were moving the trike back and fourth while turning the cintrifical clutch and finally it broke. There was a little bit of everything commin out of the piston after we turned it over a couple times. Mostly dried grass and weeds. Lol this is gonna be one hell of a project.
