what would you need to do to put a honda 250 axle with the sproket on the right side into a yamaha 200 frame? and how hard would it be?

your first delima will bearing alignment, then your second would be chain alignment.

I've never seen the back of a yamaha 200, but you might beable to fab something up to hold a 250R bearing carrier. that will solve the bearing alignment issue.

Why dont you just get a Yamaha 200 axle? It would probably a lot cheaper, or are you looking for better wheel choices?

Sounds like you are re-inventing the wheel. I suggest selling the parts you have, and then buy what it is you want.
