Im trying to replace the rear bearings on my 200M. As with everyones, the brake drum is giving me hell. Ive beat the brake drum off in pieces, and am left with this metal part. Ive tried grinding along one side as to relieve the pressure and hopefully loosen it up, but it seems it extends all the way into the seal where the grinder cant get. Any ideas how to remove this? All I have to work with is an angle grinder, drill, and hammer. No torch or anything. Thanks!

take it to a cutter and have them cut it off. I'd spend $20 or so just to get rid of that headache. Once it's out you can start from scratch with a replacement axle and brake drum.

yea like honda 4h said, grind the other side too. then maybe try chiseling it off with a big hammer and a chisel where the grinder cant get to.

air grinder two grooves on each side allmost through it as close as you can to the axle, then take a sharp chisle and break it in two
