Well, its just about time to rebuild the Z motor. Ive only rebuilt one other motor before and this is going to be my first time doing this motor over. So I want to make sure I am not missing anything.

Heres what I have so far:

New Piston, rings, crank bearings, seals, wrist pin bearing, full gasket kit, new clutch discs, and some gasket material....and lots of threadlock.

So, what am I missing....if anything?

the bearing on the bottom of the rod that attaches the rod to the crank. might as well get a rod kit, comes with the bearings and new rod.

you will have to send the crank out to have it installed though, since its a 3 piece crank, and its press-together.
