Just bought a 1987 Suzuki DR200 dirtbike.:w00t: dont know anything about it except its a 200cc 4 stroke and dont know if it runs or not but im pretty sure it just needs the carb cleaned and it will fire up. anything i should be aware of on these dr200s, any tips, or any help at all will be appreciated. do they still make parts? i looked on ebay and only like 80 things came up. sorry, no pics as my camera is broke. but this is what it looks like. thanks.

tops out around 70-80 huh, cool. my exhaust was clogged with rust, so i had to cut off the end and gut some of the internals. i looked around and did not see any aftermarket parts for it, besides basics (clutches, sprockets, etc.). does anyone make aftermarket parts? also is it normal that the muffler is suppose to touch the side plastic? thanks for your help DarkestGKnight!

no problem yeah dont know if you got your bike that high i read it on a specs sheet and a guy i knew said his did 80 on his speedo, also no sure on aftermarket parts i know alot of exhaust fits, get a new slip on. other then that not sure what you can do with a dr mine was stock. check some local dealers for maybe some parts. good luck
