Hey there guys. Just wanted to let you know what's going on with my (very dead) 86' 250R beater.

After a catastrophic failure in May:

I have been gathering parts to fix this thing. I got a hold of this on E-Bay this past week and bought everything I needed from 1 guy. And what a motor this will be. Pics are worth 1000 words!!!

Here are the package I got.

Every single bearing inside this engine is new, gaskets and seals, cylinder, piston, head... You name it, it's prob'ly new. It's been a very expensive few months.

Just wanted to let you guys know. BUT...It's not over just yet. :wondering

Put a grease fitting on the cylinder to keep the rings lubed?

But seriously thats gonna be one FUN ride. Just top that off with a CR head gasket :Bounce
