Question 83 or 84 110 atc, troubles with rear end

Hello, picked up this 110 atc, pretty much most of it came in a box. Anyways motor is all done up, frame is painted although I need to cut off and weld on a new handle and/or wheelie bar when I noticed the rear end .

The question I do have though, is there an online guide to taking it apart? I'm betting my bearings are toast, whole axel rocks inside frame.
Here's a video on youtube of it (HD version will be available shortly)

I have some of the axel apart and have done some searching to find guide(found some info but not enuff to start sledging).

Oh... one last question. Good online place to order whole stuff for rear end? Ie brake pads, bearings and... whatever else?

    Thanks in advance.

got a whole rear carrier and axle if your stuff is wore out?? Looks like bearing will cure it. Also, make sure long bolts through carrier are tight?? Mine worked loose 2 times before lock tight man!! Good luck

Unfortunately no vin, or atleast I can't seem to find it.

Had ordered bearings and seals for rear plus a set o shoes(hopefully another 30+ years before she needs to be redone. Front bearings should also be done but can do those any time and want to get her to run before I spend more money on it.

I know I need to find a throttle thumb switch... not sure what else... had regreased steering bearings. Oh yea need to track down an exhaust... or perhaps an after market. Can't search right now but just curious is there an aftermarket to add a few more ponies? or part of a pony!?

the vin number will be on the front of the frame where the forks mount, its on the tube that runs vertical. it will be on the left side of the frame.

Try a local bearing wholesaler. Most cities will have one. I just did all the wheel bearings on my 82 110 with better ( sealed ) bearings for a third the price that handa was going to charge. Not only that but honda's parts fiche actually had a typo on the front bearings and they were trying to sell me ones that won't fit.

H2 that's crazy! Anyways it's the right year... my buddy is a mechanic with exact same three wheeler(only his is in mint condition! But it needs new rings and piston )

Still waiting on bearings... will do em when it gets here otherwise will have axel sitting on floor o garage in a garage with not much room to begin with.

ARggh.... $#@%, had checked serials, serial on the frame is a 1979. The engine serial didn't seem to match anything with the "S" in it, so I went for 79 points. Apparently the one piece I have doesn't match the 79.

Is it possible to have the 79 points run on this motor? There is only one wire out from the points. It looks like there are 2 on the motor.
