The headlight on my 83 ytm 200k is incredibly dim. What would cause this?
Checked out all the coonections and they are good. Cleaned them all, no corrosion....Is this a stator problem? Or something else?

Are you running the correct bulbs in both front and rear?

yes make sure the bulbs are the correct wattage and then after that i would clean all of the grounds, even though you think they are good .1 ohm of resistance in a ground will do a lot.
