****UPDATES ON PAGE 2****
Got up at 5:30am this morning and drove 130 miles to get this little guy from a guy for $200. The only known problem on it was it needs an ignition coil. It didn't take me but 5 minutes to start tearing this thing apart to clean it and just go through it haha.
First thing I noticed was the throttle was sticking so I thought it might have been the spring in the thumb throttle housing but it was the carb....It was just stuck with gunk. I have never taken apart a 3-wheeler carb in my life and don't really know where to start. Can I soak it in something? Or should I just start tearing it apart and cleaning it? Can I use WD-40 or should I go get some carb cleaner?
Second up is the tires, the right rear tire has a hole in it and won't hold air at all so where is the best place to get some cheap tires?
The plastics, tank and seat are in great shape with minor dents or scrapes and it appears to have not seen much use at all. The only thing I am not pleased with is the stickers on the rear fenders, gotta take those off as they are flaking.
I got it to fit in my bmw wagon no problem, just loosened the handle bars and turned them down.
Another thing, the rear tires were mounted differently.....the right side (the one with the flat tire had the hub on the outside of the rim so the air valve was on the inside of the rim and the left one was the opposite.....Which is the correct way?
When I first got it in the garage:
You can see some of the gunk in there:
I just set the tank and plastics on, they are not bolted down or fitted:

There's nothing like the sound of screaming 2strokes and the smell of race gas in the air
