    Death on a trike in WI yesterday

    I feel awful for the families loss. a 14 year old was killed yesterday on an atv, yes it was a three wheeler. The boy had no helmet or other gear on. People you have to make your kids wear a helmet on any atv. If my son does not want to wear his helmet he does NOT ride. Here is a short link http://www.wbay.com/Global/story.asp?S=11333424

    Thats terrible!! I feel for the family, everyone should wear a helmet but esp. young kids......

    This is why kids ride full race gear from top top bottom including a neck brace even if it is just around the yard.

    Thats why my kids never ride without there helmets. I feel for the family. Thats such a shame.

    Screw neck braces. you cant tuck and roll with one on......tried one once, and once was enough to know that that stupid contraption is gonna get me hurt!

    What a terrible waste. I'm a dork but at 14 I found anyexcuse I could to wear my gear, never understood why people don't wear it. Guess I'll never understand. Ride safe! Wear you gear it looks awesome anyway, even if its an ancient bell and JT combo
