My JCPenny Scat Tracker (Pictures)

This was my first motorized toy, I think I was 5 or 6 when dad got it for me. IT sat for years then we moved about 10 years ago when I was away at school it was rolled outside and there it sat until last year. I put a newer Briggs and Stratton 5hp on it took the fiberglass of and stripped the frame I removed all the rust then repainted it. Then I got another project so it has been sitting for a while. I also have a metal ski that goes on the front for Winter riding. I loved this thing as a kid, and cant wait until I have the money to fully restore it.

Harry, unfortunately these are the updated pics I got this about 23 years ago, when I got it, it was cherry. It had a rough life when I was younger and was really abused. Now that I am older and wiser I would like when I am able to restore it to like new condition. I remember how much fun I had on it and would like to share that with my nephew. I just rolled it out of the grass to take the pics, I have been rebuilding my 200m and just got my 225dx and got my 83 xl250r running. The Scat Tracker is in line to be worked on. I just wanted to share it with everyone because I know it is kind of a rare trike. I honestly have never had the ski on it, when it snowed I always just rode it with the little front tire and it always did fine. I sure miss all the good times I had on that thing, Trikes sure do make some great memories
