First off, I don't think he got ripped. I think a Westcoast is worth 400 restored. Say it takes 100 for blasting and powdercoat, that leaves 300. bearing kit 50.00, and repro stickers 50.00. so 200-250 is what a unrestored example would be worth. So 200 minus 125 for the kx ignition, and the sum of the other parts I think it was pretty fair.
BTW The trader was ME!
If your second guessing yourself, and if you want to trade back, I'm game. I have never been the type to "RIP" someone off.
If any of you need tecate parts, this man has a ton!! I've seen it in person.

I'm happy with the trade I already have a plus 2 aluminum swing arm I'm gunna use so I didn't need this one. I paid 300 for the entire bike so and I can still sell the extend axle, the almost new radiator, the electronics, the light, the carrier, the PEP shock, and a few other things. I look at it like it was a 300 dollar bike so I feel pretty good. I have things I wont trade like oem plastics, my pipes, the ported jugs. To each his own, but I do appreciate all the comments, opinions, and advise thats why I love this site.
