Picked up an old 185 What year ?

I picked up a 185 yesterday as a parts bike and was trying to find out what year it was . I think its a 1980 185 but its the normal honda red and I thought the first model was orange . Help please . VIN is TB01 2012711
Rigid front end 9" wheels 2 piece rear fenders .

I had an 80 that was red, not orange. Also were 2 piece fenders. With 9 inch wheels.

It also has the on/off switch on the thumb throttle and the motor is a 180cc . I'm pretty sure its a 1980 185 just thought someone could tell by the vin . The seat has the factory stitched pleats and I think that was a 1980 only deal to ? It still has the headlight bracket but no light , I guess I could measure and see if its for a round or square light that might solve the mystery?
