    New Glamis video is up

This is from the same ride as last time. This one is 8+ minutes of completely raw footage. No edits. No music. No effects or transitions. I threw this one up just for the guys making the trip out here next month so they can get a little bit of an idea of what it's like to just cruise the open dunes.

Nothing fancy but I thought some of you might like it.

I'm watching a full DVD on a 32 inch LCD right now. Finished it last night. High def would be SO sick on this thing...

I filled an entire DVD from just this one weekend and I could probably fill two more easily.

I could post more of these if people want to see them. I always thought they were a little on the boring side which is why I usually do the mix/music video thing.

Cool video. Are you really familiar with that area? If I took of and just rode out to the wild blue yonder in the sand dunes i would be lost! lol

I used to get lost real easy there. I got too into the habit of following people and not paying attention to my surroundings but once you really take a good look around, it's not that hard. You just go up on a tall dune and look for certain landmarks out in the distance.

The only thing that concerns me is if I was out there and someone got hurt or broke down and I had to go for help. Finding help would be easy. Finding the spot where the help is needed again would be really hard unless it was close to one of the main areas (olds, comp hill, gecko, etc).

Edit: This whole vid is shot right along Highway 78. The dunes extend all the way south the I-8.

Cool. I hope I can make it out there for a ride someday. Looks like a blast.
